| RULE # 1 NETIQUETTE |
» A respectable posture is expected from all guild members. This refers to public, guild, and ally chat channels. » No foul language, instigating, or false accusations are to be broadcast in these areas. If there are any problems consisting of guild members or allies, the matter in question is to be brought to a ranking guild members attention in private messege (pm). If a situation arises that implicates a non-ally or guild member, the same responce is expected. » We understand that tempers may flare, so each and every rule breaking instance will be responded with by a warning. If the matter continues, it may result in demotion. If a user becomes uncooperative, or refuses to let a matter be resolved, bannishment from the guild is a potential outcome. |

| RULE # 2 BAG JUMPING |
» No bag juming is allowed within standard game-play. » The following only applies to player death bags and not creatures. Ants are creatures. » If a death bag (db) is found, it is to be reported on the General Chat channel. Your report is to consist of the db map and general area. Do not report the contents of the bag. This if for the claiment to provide in order to justify the true owner. The claiment need only provide an accurate list of the bags valuable items. » If after a minimum of 5 minutes, and 3 announcements the bag is not claimed, it may be aquired by the discoverer. Please keep a list of the bags contents if aquired, and as well try to refrain from using any items within for a period of 3 real life (rl) days, so as to facilitate a new or time diferential user. » If a db is the result of a PK or PVP event, please refer to RULE # 3 . |

| RULE # 3 PK & PVP |
» Player Killer/ing (PK) or Player Vs. Player (PVP) events include arena battles, PK maps and Total War (TW) opponents. If you enter these areas or happen across a TW player, you must be willing to sacrifice whatever belongings you enter with unless a prior arrangement is made with your competitor. The following rules also apply. » Grey labeled guilds are allied-enemies. This means they have agreed to enact TW with LVL^, but are allies. In the event of a battle with any allied-enemy, there must first be an agreement to do battle, and in the event of a death, all items are to be returned, unless otherwise stated by the victim. » We can only vouch for the word of fellow guild members, allies, and allied-enemies. If you make arrangements with a user that does not fit this criteria, we suggest you remain leary. If you are unsure of the trustworthiness of an opponent, and they do make promises, we suggest you keep logs of the conversation, and if at all possible, screen captures of the conversation as well. If the opposing party belongs to a guild and goes against their word, bring it to the attention of a ranking guild member. We will try to sort it out with that guilds authority figures. » If the user is a rouge player, there is usually little we can do to rectify the situation, though we will make attempts. |

| RULE # 4 COMMERCE |
» No scamming of any kind is allowed. » If you are seeking, or selling items, please post your requests or items list in the market section of our forums. » During in-game play, if you desire to buy or sell, please make your guild members aware first and try to sell either at cost, or low market value. If there is no interest within the guild, please redirect your inquiries to our allies as well, at low market, or agreed upon prices. » If there is still no interest, or potential leads, try to check allied bots as well, before advertising in EL's market. |

| RULE # 5 INACTIVITY |
» Accounts that are inactive for a period exceeding 30 rl days will be removed. In order to keep your membership active you must log in a minimum of once a month. » If you intend to be gone for a longer period of time, please contact a guild council member in order to keep your member status active. » If your Inactivity is due to an unforeseen issue, and you are unable to contact a council member directly, or indirectly, your case will be heard, discussed, and resolved upon your return. |
